About Café Cultura

Our Story Culture is what, in death, continues being life. Mexico is beautiful and loved. We are more than what stereotypes say. We are generations of traditions, love and stories. Though skulls, tacos and Day of the dead are known to be “us”, we are as deep as our soul. A nation’s culture resides in the hearts and the soul of its people. We bring coffee from Chiapas, dishes from all over the Republic. We are more than a café, we are “Café Cultura” - a contemporary Mexican cafeteria.

Located at 324 W 4th St b, Santa Ana, CA 92701, Café Cultura operates as a cafe serving Santa Ana in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 am–2 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Café Cultura at (714) 662-2002; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, cafecitocultura.com.

The atmosphere is beautiful, you get to see the part across the street instead of houses, with very joyful mexican music. Very soothing! Food is just right for every aspect from serving size to the taste. Ingredient is very refresh.

Such a great cozy place to sit. Their Coffee is good but The food was really bad and MUSHY but their service is good. Be careful what you order. The reason of 3 stars is just the girls are friendly and very helpful.

Found this cafe on Google maps and decided to come try it out with friends. The cafe has limited seatings and the line at the front desk had been long at the time we were in the cafe. I had Abuela latte and Abuela pancakes (if you like chocolate as much as I do). It's a lot of pancake, the latte was pretty good. My friends all ordered the horchata latte and said they were good. The service was great, the waiter and waitress came to check on us many times. Many of the patrons were there to get take outs but I can see it gets busy. There is also outside seating area. I'll probably bring my family here next time and try other items on the menu.

Good breakfast or lunch spot. Service breakfast all day. They server beer, micheladas and mimosas. Family friendly. Good coffee, tasty authentic Mexican food! Be prepared to wait to order during peak hours, and it’s a seat yourself style service. Street parking only.

I've visited this spot multiple times, and it never disappoints. While it may be on the pricier side, the quality of the food makes it well worth it. They offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, including plant-based eggs and cheese, which is a nice touch for those with dietary preferences. They also have alternative milk options, so there's something for everyone. The restaurant can get quite busy in the mornings, so be prepared to wait, but I promise it's worth it. Despite being a small space, the vibe is warm and welcoming, with a strong sense of Mexican heritage reflected in both the atmosphere and the food. The place is always clean, and the staff is attentive and friendly. Plus, the food is made fresh to order, ensuring every dish is delicious. Highly recommend it if you're in the area!
